All purchases are final. However, exchanges may be considered strictly under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery or collection.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition, with all packaging and documentation intact.
- Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Ariana.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or mishandling will not qualify for exchange.
- Custom-made, resized, or modified items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
- Any approved exchange shall be limited to store credit or replacement, at the discretion of Ariana.
Ariana reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
