   All Ariana jewellery pieces are crafted using carefully sourced gemstones and materials. Variations in colour, tone, and natural inclusions are inherent characteristics of genuine gemstones and shall not be considered defects.
2. Certification (if applicable)
   Where applicable, gemstone certification details will be provided upon request or included with the purchase.
3. Care Instructions
   To preserve the integrity and brilliance of your jewellery, avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, excessive moisture, and impact. Store items individually in protective packaging when not in use.
4. Custom / Made-to-Order Items
   Customised or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
5. Pricing & Valuation Disclaimer
   Prices are based on prevailing market rates of gemstones and materials at the time of sale. Ariana does not guarantee future resale or investment value.
6. Repairs & Maintenance
   Repair services may be offered at an additional cost, subject to assessment.
7. Ownership
   Ownership of goods remains with Ariana until full payment has been received.
